Senior IT Systems Engineer

Our ideal candidate will possess 5-6 years or more supporting and implementing IT solutions in the SMB market. We are looking for a well-spoken Systems Engineer that can work independently on IT infrastructure projects and providing technical support to team and clients. We offer a fun and dynamic working environment with opportunity to learn, play and implement many new technologies.

Must Haves:

 

  • 5-6 years of experience providing end-user support for Microsoft Technologies, network infrastructure as well as Servers and Exchange migrations
  • Experience both in the field and working in a team environment supporting multiple clients’ infrastructures
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken and possess great customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and have strong organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to new processes and procedures in a fast paced environment
  • Strong documentation skills, excellent verbal and written communication
  • Must have a strong technical background in supporting hardware such as; servers, desktops, laptops and networks components
  • Experience in Project Management for new infrastructure deployments and migrations.
  • Experience troubleshooting of Windows servers and desktops environment
  • Driver’s License

Position: Level 2 – Help Desk Support

Our ideal candidate will possess 3 years or more supporting and implementing IT solutions in the SMB market. We are looking for a well-spoken Help Desk Support Technician that can work independently and with small team. You will be part of the Service Desk Delivery team providing support remotely and onsite. You will work directly out of Connectwise for managing IT support request and participate in projects involving server, network and desktop deployments. Must Haves:

 

  • Must be fluent written and spoken English and possess customer service experience
  • 3+ years of experience providing end-user support for Microsoft Technologies, network infrastructure as well as Servers
  • Strong technical knowledge in the following technologies:
  • Microsoft Windows 7/8/10
  • Microsoft Server 2008/2012
  • Strong documentation skills, excellent verbal and written communication
  • Must have the ability to multi task and have strong organization skills

Position: Level 1 – Help Desk Support

We are looking for a well-spoken; customer focused Level 1 Help Desk Support that can work independently and with small team.  You will be part of our Managed Services team working within Connectwise managing incoming support requests and alerts. You will have lots of opportunity to learn and grow into the various levels of support within the IT Service Desk.

Must have:

  • Must be fluent written and spoken English
  • Be customer service oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to new processes and procedures in a fast paced environment
  • Level 1 experience in any IT support capacity
  • Must have the ability to multitask and have strong organization skills
  • Strong documentation skills, excellent verbal and written communication
  • 1-2 years of experience providing end-user support for Microsoft Technologies, (Windows 7/8/10, Microsoft Office)
  • Must have a solid technical background in supporting hardware such as; servers, desktops, laptops and networks components
