Thank you for considering D-Tech Consulting as your IT solutions provider. I’d like to start by helping define the term: IT solutions provider. Our business is referenced many ways - outsourced IT, technical support, network administration and virtual IT department. We resonate with IT Solutions Provider, because we cover ALL things IT; we bring solutions that are not only technical in nature but that make business sense, moreover make sense for your business.
Since 1994, we have strived to meet the needs of our clients’ businesses; we do not force our way onto your business. We work with you to apply the best practice IT solutions to meet your business needs, objectives and budget. We refer to this as being dynamic and flexible.
Our 15 years + of IT solutions and business knowledge is transferred to you by explaining the impact of your IT decisions. When working with your management team we will explain, in layman terms, the risks and benefits of any solution; from deciding on a simple computer purchase or an enterprise level implementation.
Much of our business is generated by taking over from other IT companies. Previous to D-Tech, our clients had concerns that their IT Company is; over their heads, have stopped caring, overcharging or are one dimensional. In every situation, we applied our years of experience and knowledge, identified challenges and solved them with innovative solutions.
D-Tech has a near 100 % client retention rate. We attribute this to our dedication of service and our approach to business and IT. We are not all things to all people.
