| Job Description:
The selected incumbents or partners will be responsible for selling our Condo Software to their respective markets. You will work with our head office in Toronto to create and manage the condominium property management market and clients.
The 3 product lines in our Condo software business are: Nexus Online Communities, CONDUIT and KEY. Please refer to condosoftware.ca for more information.

Qualifications:
- Sales and Marketing Experience
- Knowledge of condominium industry
- Knowledge of business sales cycles
- Strong research skills, coupled with a desire for constant learning

You will develop VB.Net, and/or ASP.Net software for our internal needs and client needs. You will be part of a team that implements both web based and client/server based software. Must have good knowledge of MsSQL, ASP and .Net technologies. Excellent communication and organizational skills are key to this position.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated knowledge of Visual Studio, version control, ASP.Net, VB.Net/C#
- Strong MS MSQL experience and knowledge
- Windows Forms Development experience
- DevExpress experience a bonus
- Experience creating web based software and client/server software
- Strong team-based work ability, as well as the ability to work independently on assigned tasks
